Bundlewise ("the app") helps Shopify merchants manage bundle inventory across multiple locations. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
The app accesses store data needed to function: products, product variants, inventory locations, and fulfillment constraint rules, through Shopify's API. The app stores bundle configuration (which products form a bundle) and session data required to keep the app connected to the store.
The app does not collect, store, or process customer personal information. It operates on product and inventory data only.
Data is used solely to provide the app's functionality — defining bundles and ensuring bundle components ship from a single location. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
App data is stored securely on the app's hosting provider (Render) and database (PostgreSQL/Neon). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
When a merchant uninstalls the app, associated session data is removed. The app supports Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks ( customers/redact, shop/redact, customers/data_request).
